As Vice President, National Brands & Agencies. Steve leads a team responsible for serving the needs of franchisors, large agencies and OEMs and their local constituents. Steve comes to ReachLocal as an operations and marketing veteran with over 20 years of executive experience. Previously, he served as President of WorldWide Supply then Vice President of Marketing for The Dwyer Group, a holding company of six service-based franchise companies including: Mr. Appliance®, Mr. Electric®, Mr. Rooter® (also known as Drain Doctor in the UK), Aire Serv®, Glass Doctor® and Rainbow International.® Steve also spent 13 years with T-Shirts Plus, a retail franchise organization, where he served as Vice President of Operations before becoming President and Chief Operating Officer. He is a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) by the International Franchise Association and holds a B.S. from Stephen Austin State University.
